This project will be used to encourage my students to experiment with their writing. They will be able to work with fun items like the Storyteller Writing Box, Magna Tiles. Building Brick STEM challenge kit and other materials and then write responses to what they have done. It will encourage them to both learn and write. Exploring their environment and writing about it are important skills. My students need fun activities to link enjoyment to learning. By giving students fun activities we encourage learning and motivation to learn. These will be used as opportunities for the students to explore some much needed hands-on experiences and then to write about the things that they have done with activities.
