These books will be used to give my students more variety in their guided and independent reading. It will allow them to easily self select books on their level that are interesting to them and that meet their needs as well. When a student can go a grab a book that meets their interests it makes them more motivated to learn how to read the words in the book and really dive into their reading. The more engaging books that are offered to them the more they want to grow to be able to read the next book and the next book. I believe adding this variety of books will allow my students to do that.
