Our students will learn how to use a microscope and discover the microscopic world that can’t be seen with the naked eye. STEAM is a new specialist at HP Elementary. All of our students at HP Elementary in PreK-5 STEAM classes will be able to ask questions, observe, draw, and communicate their findings using the microscopes with the prepared slides. The variety of slides will give the students choices in their learning. The microscopes will be used in conjunction with each grade levels Transdisciplinary Theme of Sharing the Planet.
