I am passionate about hands-on, interactive learning and play. This involves less worksheets and more activities. I want to purchase items that can be used to achieve this goal and create more meaningful lessons. Items included are: STEM activities for building, creating, and connecting to the real world. Educational games are for incorporating phonics and math concepts in an interactive manner. Fine motor tools are to promote strong cutting skills, handwriting, buttoning clothing, etc. Art supplies help to include crafts and coloring to basic educational concepts. Books will promote a love for reading and imagination. Toys are to promote imaginative play and social skills during morning work and recess times. Flexible seating will accommodate all learners and create a comfortable learning environment.
