I teach 7th and 8th grade science. Students learn about different types of cells, structures of cells, and functions. If my students had a microscope and cell slides in the classroom they could be hands on, learn how to operate a microscope, and see the cells magnified. My students love being able to relate educational content to everyday life. We talk about interests and careers that the students want to go into and the medical field and agriculture caters are some of the top ones that interest my kids. We live in a very rural small town in Arkansas and my students would be honored and blessed to have these materials to enable and purse their education.
