Not only are there physical standards, but mental and self care standards involved in teaching health and P.E. The year on online learning posed a significant challenge to building skills in movement, physical activity, and the essentials of team building and sportsmanship. These supplies will allow access for all students to engage in team sports, and physical activities, as well as channel their creativity in health class making models and projects to showcase their learning. Both NVACS for Physical Education and Health will be met by students engaging in moderate to rigorous physical exercise, as well as tackle the comparison and contract of physical, mental, and behavioral health by engaging in project based learning.
