By incorporating a binding machine into my classroom, I hope to impact student engagement. Students will be able to have a bound collection of math and reading resources right at their desks. This will save them time and energy, making them more productive throughout the school day. I hope to bind materials that can be used in small group remediation. This would also provide easy access as an additional resource for parents. By binding materials ahead of time, I will be able to use my time more efficiently and maximize time spent on instruction.
