These novel sets are of high interest to my students. The NVAC standards we will focus on while using them are all of the RL 4 (1-3) standards, especially R.L.4.3 The characters in these novels are so interesting and fun I really think that students will be able to relate to them and compare the two main characters in the books. My students have been working on this all year and I really feel with these high interests books, my students will gain a better understanding of the RL strands.
