Our school tries to meet our students' needs, while also challenging them and allowing them to explore their curiosities. I hope to do this by creating a guitar club. Students would have accessibility to guitars after-school, during lunch, and in study halls. This is an exciting opportunity to share music and so much more! As a social studies teacher, I have built relationships with my students through music. I, myself, play guitar and bass and have for over 20 years. I brought my guitar to school one day for a spirit week and the students were instantly drawn to the music.
