I work with struggling readers, student whiteboards and markers help lessons become interactive and fun. The hardest part of being a reading interventionist at an inner city school is having the proper materials to help student achievement. The whisper phones help students hear sounds and helps build confidence as they read. Reading is a continuum, the sound boxes and alphabet boards will help my struggling kindergartners and 1st graders. The magnetic letters will be used to help my 2nd and 3rd grade students build words. Student engagement is an important part of student learning, your donation will help my students grow as readers. Thank you for helping close the reading gap for my students.
