In teaching math, we use a variety of manipulatives such as dry erase boards and markers, crayons, colored pencils, construction, copy paper, and pencils to display and explain that there is ALWAYS more than one way to do the math. These dry erase supplies will provide Instant communication in the classroom between the student and the teacher to check for understanding from the student. Everyone can have the answers at once. These dry erase materials will facilitate the students while playing MATH challenging games within small groups allowing their peers to give instant feedback. There will be more student engagement from those students who are not at ease with speaking in class. These boards allow everyone to have a voice. The teacher can know who understands the lesson content during lectures. Each student must supply answers on the boards and be engaged, and the teacher can quickly see who has mastered the content before moving forward.
