Students will work together while at the Library Maker Space with the purpose of designing STEAM Marble Runs, Magnetic Tiled Structures, and other creative building projects. Given a challenge from the librarian, students will discover what works and what does not work when using the materials provided. After analyzing their project, they will share their findings. Other groups will share their projects also. Did they have the same difficulties? Successes? NVACS for Science -Science and Engineering Practices 1 through 4: Asking Questions and Defining Problems, Developing and Using Models, Planning and Carrying Out Investigations, and Analyzing and Interpreting Data.
