My students have sensory issues that include light and sound sensitivity so the light covers and window covers will help to soften the room atmosphere. In addition my students are behind in social and academic skills so the items that help to initiate team interaction and problem solving will be a benefit to assist with these skills. I work special education students who have great difficulty being in classrooms which have bright lights, or allow for outside disturbances. In addition games and problem solving items help my students to learn how to properly interact with other people. The items I have selected will help my students sensory input issues as well as their team or social interaction skills.
