My students don't just have academic goals, they also have social play goals that require them to play with others cooperatively. The sight word cards will help my students study words that they can't sound out. The weighted vest will help my students focus when they are struggling to learn. My students also need a lot of help with learning how to regulated their feelings. There are books in my project that we will read in social skills and then there are fidgets that they need to use when they are struggling.
