With school starting back up for the 2021-2022 school year, one thing is clear: we will be using digital components now more than ever. I work with the 3 computer labs in our elementary school. I am requesting earbuds for our in-class learners to help the teachers and students. Students using earbuds during instruction diminishes distractions for the student and teacher so that online instruction is more impactful. So that means they are hearing one conversation of a lesson and not all the noises around them in whatever setting they are in for learning (the classroom or the computer lab). Too often students are distracted by the smallest amount of noise, so these earbuds will keep that to a bare minimum.
