The materials and supplies I am requesting are to help give my classroom a more organized feel. (Hence the bookshelf and desk organizer). The students already are victim to enough world chaos. When they come to my room I want it to be a place of peace and learning. The supplies in this list will be great assets for students mathematical learning and social well being. The scissors, glue, pop its and playdough will allow more room for hands on projects. The earbuds will be able to be used both for in class and at home learning. They, along with the quiet foot chair covers, will help promote focus towards the online lesson content. The fidget toys are used both as incentives and to promote social emotional health. Kids are facing high waves of anxiety and depression as they try to navigate through how to be a full time student again. The fidgets act as stress relievers and can be used as coping strategies. They love to use these and I would love to be able to provide them! Thank you!
