These books will continue to enhance the rich classroom that I strive to create. I teach Science and ELA Independent Study in my classroom. It’s a place that my students really enjoy. We read outside with our yoga mats, or inside with jazz playing in the background. The ambiance is a relaxing atmosphere. Every student book and activities that is placed in my room is treated with love and care, and they are thankful for the opportunities to read and experiment with Science. These new books, my students will be able to read independently at their own grade and enjoy the lessons these books provide for inner growth and awareness. The best way to increase reading ability is to read more, and these books will continue to help my students grow stronger in reading. My students already have shown an astonishing interest in independent reading, and this project will only help enrich their experiences with the printed word.
