Student's who are actively engaged have been shown to be actively learning. Near pod and the resources found within teachers pay teachers facilitate the access for my students to engage in the material being taught. Near pod premium also provides me with real time data that I can use to progress monitor students and ensure that they are meeting their academic goals. Using hybrid instruction has been shown to increase student's chances of academic success. With that being said students use a lot of materials such as pencils, pens, and notebooks. Some of these materials are provided by parents/ guardians, however I have several times since the start of the school year, found myself purchasing these materials out of pocket. With your donation of pencils, pens, and composition notebooks, I will be able to provide these materials to my students for the rest of the school year. Lastly, I have to sanitize my desks and surfaces at the end of every day and having Clorox wipes aids in doing this.
