My students do not have previous experience with coding. This project will provide materials to introduce them to coding as early as pre-K, and build their skills up through 3rd grade and beyond. Physical coding games and robots will make coding more approachable before introducing fully computer-based coding in the upper grades. The materials selected have extensions already available on the students' iPads, which they can access as they become more comfortable in their skills. This introduction to coding will be part of their STEM rotation every two weeks.
