I would like to thank you for your generosity in donating these supplies to my students. The need is great because I service students across three grade levels. The three grade levels I work with require a lot of paperwork the extra ink will help in getting assignments and documents printed for students and parents in a timely manner. In addition, there will be times when I will have to do additional paperwork, such as behavior intervention plans, amend IEPs, transfer IEPs, progress reports, student data, lesson plans, teacher-created assessments, evaluations, and meeting requests. Ink is given twice a year at my school, which is not enough to support all of the materials (paperwork) needed.
