During these times of Covid, it is important to take precautions when engaging in physical activities. This technology will help students to engage in there physical fitness and help promote a healthy lifestyle. Our students come from low income families and communities and with this technology, it will show and hopefully inspire them to explore the world of technology. Also, this technology will be used to promote physical fitness and the importance of stretching plus strength training and conditioning. I look forward to seeing the look on my students face while using this technology.
