All of my students vary academically and these materials will help them begin to read. I want the classroom to resemble them. What they like, what peaks their interests and calls to them. Personalized material with their interest will make their learning easier and more appealing. They will be more an engaged and more willing to do homework at home with their parents. Some of my students unfortunately live in shelters and do not have consistency outside of school and I would like to provide that for them within my classroom. I want them to feel safe and excited to come learn.
