Students in Pre-k are inquisitive. They pretend to play all the time. They are acting as doctors, police; they are happy when they are using their imagination. I have a few students who walk into my classroom in the morning and cry because they want to start the day with centers. The lack of toys and materials for my dramatic play breaks my hard every day. I want my student to have enough toys, such as dolls, manipulative food, and other materials that are part of the dramatic play area. If the student is happy, they will feel more comfortable learning and listening to be able to master their goals.
