The project will help fund the purchase of a class room set of They Called Us Enemy; a graphic novel about Japanese Internment Camps. This book will be used in conjunction with Maus 1 and 2. Allowing students to juxtapose the treatment of those in internment camps, with those in concentration camps during World War Two. While this is a class of 55 students, a donation of 25 or more books would greatly help in providing all students with their own copy of They Called Us Enemy. Not only with this donation help students currently in this class, but will also help students who will be taking this class in the future.

About my class
