My students have various needs regarding academic and functional skills. These materials will allow my students to access education in a way that is best for them. These materials will make it possible for me to utilize a hands-on approach and sensory breaks with the kinetic sand and beads. I wish to utilize the hands on materials (place value manipulative) for my math lessons to have students actively involved in lessons. The whisper reading phones help my students hear themselves read, and become more fluent and aware readers. To stay organized, I have requested binders as each of my students requires a specific education plan that I always like to have accessible. I have been dreaming of having these materials in my classroom to help my students succeed. Each material will be put to good use and help my students grow as both a learner and an individual.
