Many of my students struggle with reading, writing, and spelling. Some are 2-3 grade levels behind. I have found decodable books to be very helpful in boosting my students' confidence in reading, but unfortunately I have a minimal number of these types of book in my classroom. There is nothing better than seeing the look on a child's face when they realize they confidently read a book on their own. These reading and phonics materials will help build that confidence and hopefully instill a love of reading in my students.
