The students in my Pre-K classroom enjoy work time. That is when they get to do the one fun thing they love - To use technology! The students work on their iPads participating in learning games and literacy activities. We have 6 devices and 6 chargers, but only two charger ports and no place to store the devices when they are not in use. The chargers are all over the place and are often misplaced. We are attempting to teach our students technological responsibility. It is difficult when they do not have the proper equipment to practice being responsible. This "tech hub" will help my students be able to safely store and charge their devices, but it will also help them to develop responsibility and accountability. We will use the tech hub to safely store and charge devices so that students are able to use them for their independent lessons during Work Time.
