My students love to learn, and really try their best to stay engaged throughout the day! However, because we have 25 students in a very small classroom, it is tremendously tight. Many of the chairs are not in good condition and there are three different types of chairs. They are very hard to sit in and also to stack at the end of the day. Because of the long day and us being in the room for most of the day, students get antsy, just as we do as adults! There is no room to put other options for sometimes we all squeeze in on our carpet in the front of the room. The seats are not the most comfortable and if they had the option of having bouncy balls, bouncy bands, wiggle stools, it would dramatically help their focus and engagement. Please please please consider donating to this project!
