Every year a list of school supplies needed is sent home to families for the upcoming school year. Unfortunately, many of the families have suffered with sicknesses, loss of employment, and financial stressors. I would like to provide some basic classroom supplies so that we do not need to burden families with a school supply list. Since there is no budget for these items, it is imperative for me to find other ways to provide for these kids. I am asking for items such as thermal pouches, pocket school folders, pencil boxes, whiteboards, and markers. I have a thermal pouch laminator to laminate certificates, kids’ projects, etc. but no thermal pouches to use for laminating. Our budget does not include these items. Pocket folders are a necessity for all students to keep their work organized. I would also like to have pencil boxes so students will not lose their pencils. Organization is challenging with kindergartners! Thank you for considering my project. It will help take the financial burden off of families and give many smiles to my kids.
