Our school has created behavior expectations which we call D. PROUD which stands for Practice, Respect, Ownership, Understanding and Determination where each have examples of what that behavior looks like. We also highlight and teach virtues of the month such as Empathy, Generosity, Compassion, Patience and Responsibility. When our students show these behaviors they are rewarded tickets. They then can exchange the tickets for prizes. Our students are enthusiastic about the program. We have already seen tremendous response from our kids and would love to keep the program filled with fantastic prizes! Happy Students = Happy School Climate!
