Singing along and Reading stories can help my students learn sounds, words, and language and develop early literacy skills. Preschoolers love to sing and listen to songs. Listening to the songs and seeing the book help to boost their vocabulary and language skills. It supports the development of the brain, including concentration, social skills, and communication skills. Preschool students also learn best through hands-on activities. Hands-on learning is essential for their learning. This type of education helps my students in two different and meaningful ways. First, using hands-on learning allows young students to explore and learn new concepts by using other modalities. And second, this type of learning helps their brains to engage and create and expand the neural pathways. These connections that are gained will help the student to grow and learn as they get older continually. This project will only help enrich their experiences with the printed word and develop lifelong learning skills. .
