I will be creating a lot of visuals for my students with Learning disabilities, using charts and thus permanent markers are needed to complete the anchor charts that I need for my students, Currently, I don't have a pencil sharpener because of what I have got broken last month. I will be using all of these materials in the classroom The document camera is so important for my students to see visually, what is modelled to them such as solving math calculation problems, and any text from the book or fiction book. My students can visually see it in a magnified version on the screen. My students can follow along as I modelled and directly teach the math calculation problems step by step to the students to grasp the lesson and retain information, which they struggle to retain. In reading, I can place a passage on the document cam and my student can see clearly every word as I read aloud to them the passage or article using my finger to point to every word as I do read aloud. My student can follow along as a chunk every word to help them decode multi-syllabic words. The document cam can help me a lot to this end in meeting their learning style and help my students absorb new information that they are learning. My student needs concrete examples before adapting to the abstract concepts that may take a while. I also used the Shredder to shred their important document pertaining to their IEP that needs to keep with the utmost confidentiality.
