I will use these items to show a variety of ways that they can incorporate fun into to physical activity, fitness, and exercise. I will do this by creating obstacle courses with fitness hoops, agility hurdles, and cones, having the students participate in fitness relays, teaching specific sports so that students can try it out and find the right fit for them, and implement activities that with break the kids out of the monotony of coming to school, sitting all day and then going home. I want them to look forward to coming to Physical Education class, and continue to move forward as healthy and fit individuals because of this class now.

About my class
