My student's will learn by having the ability to learn through engagement with peers. Classroom lessons will consist with receptive and expressive communication by poiniting to and labeling, and fine motor by picking up letters/manipulatives. I will label the letters and encourage my students to look at colors that are shown through the light table. They will be encouraged to pick up and move the items around the table, while interacting with peers. Having a light table center will help with making choices and learning independence within the classroom environment.
