Since our classroom is so diverse, especially in language, having visual, tangible materials and a colorful classroom, our students will feel warm and welcome. The items in my project are to help me stay organized, hang up and display my students’ work. Students always want white paper which is why I am asking for the butcher paper. These items are usually ones that I have to buy on my own. I strive on a daily basis to make sure all my students needs are met. Sometimes this means I am spending my own money to buy items that will help me achieve my goal of making sure my students feel welcome, warm. Students love seeing their work on display! We go through a lot of paper and Velcro!
