When we all returned from COVID "year" we thought things would go back to normal, we were wrong. There are some basic essentials that are needed to make it possible to do the job well. The students are all over the map as far as their needs and we are having to adjust how we arrange classes to meet in small groups and to allow students differentiation in instruction. The headphones and mouse(s) will make is possible for us to keep class going in different ways we different groups without interrupting the other students. The pencils will aid me in not choosing a battle that is not necessary to fight right now and just have writing utensils available for kids. The Teachers Pay Teachers card will help me find engaging and additional modes of interaction, instruction and assessment for my students.
