These Time magazines and materials would enable the children to move further into their follow-up work, to begin and complete new work, and to share in the joy of work complete and well done. Pencils, paintbrushes, beautiful materials, reports completed from hand-written notes and rough drafts to printed words on the paper - these are the tools and stimuli for creative and productive work. Our children are engaged best when they feel supported. When they feel supported they are free to follow their interests. Allowing children this freedom directly promotes their self construction.
