Our school is predominantly economically challenged and very diverse backgrounds. Many of our wonderful students do not have access to engaging reading materials at home and their time in Kindergarten is the first exposure they have ever had to books. I would love to plant the seeds of reading for learning and joy in them, bit we do not have the resources in the classroom. “There are many little ways to enlarge your world, Love of books is the best of all.” – Jacqueline Kennedy, Help me give my students the world.
