I hope to give my students engaging visuals to support my intervention reading instruction. Struggling readers are given extra time during the school day for direct, explicit instruction enabling them to learn the targeted reading skills. Providing colorful material enhances their engagement. The printer I am requesting will help me support my students who have had a challenging last two years. My goal is for my students to start the new school year with a fresh new perspective and revive their love of reading. This printer will help print colorful sight words practice activities that support my guided reading lesson plans for K-8th grades. A printer in the classroom will allow for easy access to print fluency pages that students can annotate and take home.
