These materials will enhance the learning environment for all students to help them become more engaged in the instruction. Also, we could play classroom type of games with the dice to promote fluency with multiplication and division facts. I could also work with small groups and get them to explain their thinking on the whiteboards. The kids having the useful classroom materials will create critical thinking skills to visually show to each other. With the school population being primarily Hispanic, these materials will help close the gap with academic vocabulary.

About my class
