These learning materials will be used to help English Language Learners to recognize letter names and sounds, comprehend stories, sequence and writing. Students will begin identifying simple words, put letters together and write them in the board. I will use one on one intervention to help students build the foundation to read and write. These instructional materials will help English Language Learners to work on one skill at a time, which is necessary to help them in acquiring a second language. These tools will help me to work on one on one intervention to enhance language development. I can also conduct small group intervention with 2 to 3 students to help them practice basic skills. When conducting activities they can share what they learn with their families.
