This rug will make a huge impact for my students and in my classroom. We will be able to come together as a whole group to learn and collaborate. This will help build our community and encourage communication with my kindergartners. After being distanced for so long, I feel that giving my students a clean, colorful, and safe space will allow them a new experience in an educational setting. Learning in kindergarten should be through experiences and conversations… this rug will make it possible for my students to have both.
