Multiplication facts are the building blocks for 4th grade math. Many of my students are still unable to recall basic multiplication facts. Without mastering their foundational facts, students will often struggle to complete 4th grade math assignments. They begin to feel frustrated, discouraged, and helpless during class. However, when students have mastered their facts, they are able to quickly solve multi-digit multiplication problems and have confidence in their math skills. Donations to this project will help provide students with a fun way to learn math facts. Students will use iPads during small groups for math. During the center, students will play math games and utilize programs specifically designed to build fact fluency. iPads will make learning facts fun and help engage students!
