When we're at school, my friends currently sit at tables and on the big carpet. My classroom is huge and I would love to use more space to our advantage. As we adjust to in person school, I know that my students will benefit from some flexible seating options. Many of my friends have never been to school before Kindergarten or were virtual, so sitting in one place is difficult. Carpet squares and spot markers are the safest items for flexibility. There are also clipboards on the list so we can "write around the room." These different seating options will allow my students to move around the room freely, have an alternative seating choice, and emphasize social distancing.
