After a long year and a half of being remote, my students must learn to transition back to in person learning. I want to be able to demonstrate to my students that they are capable of following rules and expectations. Through the use of toys and prizes, I plan on leading students to make good choices. It is important to highlight positive behavior as this prompts self confidence within students and enables that behavior to be repeated. Students will have the opportunity to earn weekly and monthly incentives for demonstrating positive behaviors and following expectations.
