These devices will allow my autistic students to thrive socially and academically . The tablets will allow them to interact and communicate with the social world through technology in school and beyond . I will use this device to implement our reading lesson daily . For instance , The students will be ask to describe what they hope to learn in kindergarten by drawing on the given app . Then they will listen to a digital story on YouTube called “ Keisha Ann Can “ . Lastly , they will click on pictures to answer questions regarding Keisha’s kindergarten experience and how it relates to themselves . They will be given digital reinforcements and a grade through audio and visual responses . Then they will be allowed to choose a educational website to engage in as a reward !
