The idea behind this project is to allow them to spread a positive message. Unlike propaganda (which we will learn), I want them to see how words and pictures can be powerful. I want them to understand that with Art they can express themselves and still pass on a powerful message. The lesson will dive deeper into political Art, propaganda, messages expressed through painting. The idea would be to take a past or current propaganda posters and make it positive message. Then the posters would be displayed throughout the school.
