The pencils and markers are used for all of their subjects, especially math, writing and reading! Their math curriculum relies heavily on the use of counters, 10 frames, number lines and other tools. The math board will put all of those resources in one place! The journals would be used for their morning seat work. Their seat work consists of 5 daily problems to help them review grammar and math skills previously learned. With COVID numbers still on the rise, my students are not allowed to share materials, so these supplies will enable everyone to learn without disruption.
