The items that I have selected will be used to create an environment where no student needs to feel pressured if they are unable to provide basic supplies needed for class. These items will be used to create supply packets for each student in class so that they will never need to worry if they have glue or a pencil and can spend their time in class learning. By creating supply packets to be available in class, students will be able to spend their time in class focusing on learning. While students may be prepared for class one day, life happens. I feel that creating an environment where they can come to class and know that there are backup materials for them if they are not prepared removes stresses that inhibit learning.
