RL.2.10 Students need to read and comprehend literature, including stories and poetry, in the grades 2-3 text complexity band proficiently, with scaffolding as needed at the high end of the range. All the reading materials I ordered will go with comprehension questions and activities so my students can improve their comprehension. The color pencils are used for illustration. Markers are for their whiteboard writing. The Kindle fires will be used for downloading audible books that go with the reading materials. Students will be motivated with those new sets of books for small reading groups. Those class prizes are for rewarding the students who made progresses.
